A post dinner cup of coffee...

Mum and Dad came for tea the other night and Lachlan was quite reluctant to go to bed.  As a result he was still up when the adults were having their post dinner cup of coffee.

Lachlan was quite insistent that he have his cuppa too.  Very cute!

Teddy Bears' Picnic

I had kinder duty this week and was able to attend the 'Teddy Bears' Picnic' activity at kinder.  All the kids had to bring a teddy or stuffed 'friend' to kinder to share the festivities.

Given that my boys don't really go for teddy bears, Cooper took his stuffed 'Friend':

(Slightly less cute and cuddly than most of the other offerings!)

While I was there it was great to see Cooper getting involved in the activities and really enjoying his time at kinder.  He particularly likes building things, as you can see!

Bike ride to the Lake

Finally the beautiful Spring weather we have been waiting for has arrived.  As a result, we have been able to get the bikes out and go to the park without freezing to death.  Hurrah!

(NB - Jack's bike is Mitchell's old one.  He is finally big enough to ride it, YAY!)

The park also provided the younger boys the thrill of climbing UP the slide:

And Jack was able to perfect the monkey bars and can swing all the way from one end to the other unassisted:

Sophie comes for tea.

We had a great night Friday, week ago when we picked Sophie up from school, and she stayed with us for tea.  The kids had a great time playing together.  I particularly liked the 'sleepovers' game involving a mother, a father, and a baby who turns into Spiderman!  We must do that again some time!
